This summer we’re hosting bi-weekly movie nights!

Do any of us have free will, or are our lives planned out for us—by parents? Context? God? Destiny? If we are married, for example, did we really choose our mate, or is there some more primary sense in which we were chosen for each other? The Adjustment Bureau seeks to get at these questions, as two lovers seek to defy a predestined plan, in which the lovers both have successful careers but are not together.

The format is simple: we’ll watch a movie together and then spend some time in discussion about the movie as a group. Snacks and drinks provided. If you are a movie buff, come through, if not, still come through for the hangs! Invite friends as well—all are welcome as this is a great way for people to get integrated into the Missio community.
